In these sessions, you’ll learn a few simple, effective meditation techniques—no prior experience needed. We’ll explore how to gently bring your attention to the present moment using breath, body awareness, and kind curiosity. After a brief overview, you’ll be guided through a relaxed, accessible meditation so you can experience it for yourself. You'll leave with tools you can begin using right away to bring more calm, clarity, and resilience into your everyday life. Come for one, some or all available dates.
