Earle R. Catlin Meeting Room

The Earle R. Catlin Meeting Room is a medium sized room with projection capabilities. Please note that food and beverages are allowed; however, it is the responsibility of the group to clean up after their event. All reservations must be completed 15 minutes before the library closes.
Equipment
There is a 75-inch 4K Smart TV with the ability to screen mirror from portable devices and an HDMI port to connect a laptop. There is a ductless air conditioner and heater available and ceiling fan to ensure the comfort of our guests.
Seating
The room includes 6 rectangular tables (6 foot by 3 foot) and chairs that guests can arrange as needed. You may request a specific setup orientation as part of your request.
