Thanks to the Chemung County Historical Society, the Chemung County Library District, and the Otocast app, Elmira’s stories roll out before you with historic images, lively narration, and tales from days gone by.
How It Works
Otocast is a GPS-guided audio companion. As you move through the city, it brings Elmira’s past to life—pointing out landmarks, sharing photographs, and telling stories that make history feel close at hand.
