Fill in your Santa letter & we will give it to our Elf on the Shelf, Bixby, to take back to Santa!

Santa will reply to every child that writes to him from Steele Memorial’s Santa mailbox.

Come by the Van Etten Library December 1 thru December 12 and create a stuffed frosty friend to keep, gift, or donate to the Toys for Tots Holiday Toy Drive!

Therapy dogs come in all shapes and sizes.  They're cute, they're cuddly and they know their jobs.  They help kids, teens, senior citizens, moms, dads and caregivers.

And that's why there will be dogs here in the Library :)

Tanglewood Nature Center will be coming by to teach us how animals adapt to winter AND there will be live animals visiting the Van Etten Library!

7th-12 graders turn the Steele memorial library into their own NERF war zone. High powered and automatic NERF guns prohibited; Steele library will provide safety glasses and some NERF guns and darts. 

Bring the family to see Santa and take free pictures with him!

Please bring your own camera or phone for pictures. 

Santa has to head back to the North Pole around 2:30, be sure to get your pictures by then.

Join T.A.L.E. teens for an exciting adventure in theater with "The Knight's Daughter," a fun play Led by 7th-12th graders and  the talented Tim Collins.

This casual gathering is fun for the whole family!  Enjoy a cup of cocoa while we sing carols around a piano.  Put your gift wrapping skills to the test in a friendly competition.

Are you too young to stay up until midnight?  Celebrate the New Year with us.  Instead of midnight we will count down to noon.  There will be food, music, and New Year’s party favors.
