Teens, want to learn how to help friends (and yourself)

 with mental health challenges?  

This two session course will cover: 

  • How to start a conversation about mental health challenges and/or substance abuse.
  • Common signs and symptoms of mental health and substance abuse challenges.
  • How to get help from a responsible and trusted adult.
  • The impact of school violence & bullying on mental health. 

This two session course is for teens ages 14-18.  This is the Part ONE of the two part training.  

Part TWO is next Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 1:30pm in the Teen Space at Steele Library.

MUST register.   Must attend both sessions to be certified.  

Training is FREE.
