K Pop Demon Hunters Teen Halloween Dance is a Free Event at Steele Library 101 E. Church St., Elmira. 7th-12th graders can attend and get air brush tattoos, play video games, participate in the costume contest or watch a popular movie; Try kimchi, eat candy sushi and Dance! This event is made possible by the Friends of CCLD, the Chemung County Youth Bureau"s S.P.O.T program, & Wegmans.
