Make an adorable scarecrow using fun stickers and a cupcake liner!
Wed. September 10th at 10:00am & Tues. September 16th at 6:00pm
Open to kids 3-12

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible caregiver age 16 or older in all Chemung County Libraries
