Early Closure Today (2/15)

Steele Memorial Library and The Horseheads Free Library will be closing at 2:30 P.M., Saturday, February 15th.

The Horseheads Free Library will be closed Tuesday February 18 and perhaps Wednesday 2/19 as the water will be shut off by the Horseheads Water Department to find and repair a water leak.

Event Details

 An After Hours Snow Ball dance for LGBTQ teens and allies in 7th to 12th grades.  Music, refreshments, button making, bracelet making, balloon toss, and more!  Location will be on the first floor of Steele Library.  Thanks to our community partner: the Chemung County Youth Bureau Safe Zones program.
