"It's curious to say, "I see dead people", but I do. But it's more than that, it's a gift I never thought I would come to love and cherish. When I was younger it was always odd, and sometimes scary to me, noticing the people I saw about the city, the ones that didn't look like they belonged. Not until my aunt looked at me peculiarly when I asked about a "lady in the funny dress" at the cemetery we were visiting, did I finally get the talk about being able to see ghosts. It wasn't until I was in my early twenties with a drastic spiritual journey, did I learn to embrace and hone the gifts that Mother Nature and the Cosmos blessed me with.
