Join us at the Steele Memorial Library to learn more about EOP’s Head Start and Early Head Start! Two Enrollment Specialists will be here to answer your questions and help you apply. Our program is free of charge for eligible families in Chemung County. 6 Sites, serving ages 18m - 5yrs old.
