Feel Good Tuesdays in 2025!
The 10:30am Gentle Movement series continues!!!
Join Tammy Wilcox for this gentle movement exercise class.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring a mat if you have one.
**** Attendance in this class has gotten so large we had to move locations! This class will now be held across the street at St. Matthew's Church in the Community Room. This can hold more class participants and provide room to move safely. ****
