Big Flats February Adult Craft: Sea Glass Wind Chime

Celebrate February making a sea glass wind chime. Patron selects 35 sea glass pieces which are then glued to five strands of fishing line. The five sea glass strands are then attached to a wooden dowel. Patron then attaches twine to both ends of the wood dowel to form a hanger. All materials provided.
