On Sunday, March 15, 1964, shy and cautious 12-year-old Mary Theresa Simpson waved goodbye to go home to her dad's house. She never made it home, and her body was found on Combs Hill Road four days later. The Elmira City Police Department is still investigating this cold case that still weighs heavy on the heart of Elmira, New York.
